GoSolo Verdict
The Tecno Megapad SE is an 11-inch budget tablet with an 8000 mAh battery and entry-level Snapdragon 685 chip that aims at value buyers in emerging markets. For around 120 EUR, it delivers reasonable all-day endurance and light multitasking, but the slow cameras and aging processor mean it's a content-consumption device, not a productivity machine.
Strengths · 4
- 8000 mAh battery promises genuine all-day and multi-day standby without strain
- 11-inch screen at 207 ppi with 90Hz refresh is adequate for reading and video at this price
- Expandable storage via microSDXC and dual SIM option (cellular model) adds real flexibility for the price tier
- Thin and light at 7 mm and 498 g for an 11-incher makes it genuinely portable
Trade-offs · 3
- Snapdragon 685 is 2021-era silicon, noticeably slower than 2026 mainstream rivals and will feel sluggish on heavier apps
- 8 MP rear and 5 MP front cameras produce soft, low-light output; video tops out at 1080p30 with no stabilization
- IPS LCD at 440 nits is dim outdoors and the 207 ppi density shows pixelation at typical tablet viewing distance
