GoSolo Verdict

The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is a large, capable phone built on the latest flagship chip, but it is hampered by an ultrawide camera that underperforms and a design that feels heavy for its segment. For the price, the package is solid but not compelling against rivals that offer similar performance with better overall camera systems.

Strengths · 4

Large 8600 mAh battery paired with 165Hz AMOLED display, giving genuine multi-day endurance on a bright, responsive screen
Dimensity 9500 and 16GB RAM options deliver flagship-grade performance with strong thermal management
IP68/IP69K rating and both glass and eco-leather finish options allow some choice in durability and feel
120W charging is rapid enough to refill the large battery in under 30 minutes

Trade-offs · 3

8MP ultrawide is weak for a 2026 flagship, with narrow 112° fov and f/2.2 aperture that struggles in low light compared to rivals' 48MP+ units
217–219g weight is noticeably heavy for a 6.78" phone, making it tiresome in one hand over extended periods
No meaningful camera zoom or telephoto option, leaving the 50MP main sensor to handle all cropped shots
